Under the authority of subsections 4(1), (3), and (4) of the Serious Incident Response Team Act and paragraph 8(a) of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleasedto appoint Michael King, as Director of the Serious Incident Response Team, effective September 30, 2019, for a five-year term, with salary at SL-05, Step 9 of the Solicitor Pay Plan, with normal step progressions and general increases to apply, and with benefits to include payment of practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
