Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Terry French, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Environment and Conservation, Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, and Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Justice, with effect from June 3, 2014.
