Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license  to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 20 square metres situated at Port Blandford in the Electoral District of Terra Nova to Mr. John Williams for the purpose of constructing a wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
