Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license  to occupy Crown Land comprising an aea not exceeding 250 square metres situated at Straitsview in the Electoral District of Straits-White Bay to the Harbour Authority of Straitsview for the purpose of a wharf and shed subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
