Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license  to occupy Crown Land comprising an area not exceeding 14.2 square metres situated at Isle aux Morts in the Electoral District of Burgeo-La Poile to Mr. Eldridge Anthony Delorey for the purpose of a boathouse and slipway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
