Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license  to occupy Crown Land comprising an area not exceeding 31.5 square metres situated at Glovertown in the Electoral District of Terra Nova to Mr. Zvi Steinberg for the purpose of a slipway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
