Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown Land comprising an area not exceeding 295 square metres situated at Shoal Cove West Reef’s Harbour in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to the Harbour Authority Shoal Cove West Reef’s Harbour for the purpose of reconstructing an existing wharf and slipway subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
