Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theMinister of Environment and Conservation to issue a license to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 250 square metres situated at Neddies Harbour in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to Mr. Walter Reid for the purpose of constructing a boathouse and wharf subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
