Lands Act
Under the authority of section 40 of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the assignment of Licence No. 126566 located at Snook’s Pond in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands to Mrs. Anne Vincent and Mr. Roland Vincent subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
