Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Jim Oxford as a full-time Commissioner of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities, effective September 8, 2009, with salary at step 16 on the 1262 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
