The Honourable Frank F. Fagan, Member of the Order of Canada, Chancellor of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador, Lieutenant Governor in and for Our Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, is pleased to administer the Oath of Office to the Honourable Terry French as Minister of Environment and Conservation, Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, and Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Justice.
