Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Sean Dutton as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, effective January 2, 2007, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with Mr. Dutton continuing his responsibilities as Acting Deputy Minister of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs until the commencement of duties by his successor.
