Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Brenda Caul as Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective December 18, 2006, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures.
