Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Bruce Hollett as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective December 18, 2006, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan on a personal basis.
