Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Robert Coombs as Deputy Minister of the Department of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, effective from a current date, with salary at step 5 of the 2136 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
