Under the authority of section 7 of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rebecca Roome as President of the College of the North Atlantic on an interim basis, effective December 18, 2006, in addition to her responsibilities as Deputy Minister of the Department of Education, at her existing salary and classification.
