Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, upon the appointment of the new Deputy Minister of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby returns Mr. Wayne Penney to the position of Assistant Deputy Minister – Labour Market Development and Client Services in the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, effective December 18, 2006.

OC2006-184 is hereby rescinded effective December 18, 2006.
