Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Wesley Foote as Assistant Deputy Minister – Petroleum Development (Acting) in the Department of Natural Resources, effective December 18, 2006, with salary to be determined in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
