Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the leasing of 1,500 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Environment and Conservation from Noton Enterprises Limited in the Noton Building, 1 Riverside Drive, Corner Brook, NL for a period of 30 to 36 months commencing on January 1, 2007, under a new lease agreement and at a new rental rate of $16.87 per square foot.
