Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the leasing of 638 square feet of storage space occupied by the Department of Government Services from Noton Enterprises Limited in the Noton Building, 1 Riverside Drive, Corner Brook, NL for a period of 30 to 36 months commencing on January 1, 2007, under a new lease agreement and the existing rental rate of $8.00 per square foot.
