Act Act Respecting Municipal Taxation in the City of St. John's
Under the authority of section 50 of “An Act Respecting Municipal Taxation in the City of St. John’s,” SNL2006 cC-17.1, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring the Act into force on January 1, 2007.
