Under the authority of section 520 D.5 c(i) of Government’s Personnel Administration Procedures, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve the employment of Mr. Merle Hynes with the Motor Registration Division, Department of Government Services, beyond the retirement age of 65, subject to confirmation from the employee that he is informed of the present implications of remaining at work beyond age sixty-five and he signs a waiver to that effect.
