Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding of up to $3,440,000 for each of the fiscal years 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11 and 2011/12 for its operational requirements under a contract beginning April 1, 2007 with Xwave Solutions Inc., to manage and operate Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation, Memorial University of Newfoundland and Government’s data center requirements in government’s data center located at 40 Higgins Line.
