Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to precommit funding and enter into separate three (3) year contracts beginning April 1, 2007 with Xwave Solutions Inc. valued up to $7,000,000 per year, MTS Allstream Inc. valued up to $4,000,000 per year and Deloitte Inc. valued up to $1,000,000 per year for fiscal years 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 to provide government’s Information Technology and Information Management professional services.
