Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation to enter into a lease with Sobey’s Inc. for a liquor store of 13,000 square feet at Howley Estates, St. John’s for 10 years with a renewal option for a subsequent 2 terms of 5 years each, at a rental rate of $9.00 per square foot.
