Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into a four (4) year agreement for the provision of Federal funding to the Province for testimonial aids for witnesses in court.
