Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the leasing of 4,500 square feet (418 square meters) of space occupied by the Department of Justice, for the Family Justice Services Division in the Templeton Building, Water Street, St. John’s, NL from R. A. Templeton Ltd. at a gross rental rate of $22.00 per square foot ($236.81 per square meter) from December 1, 2006 to December 1, 2007.
