Under the authority of section 35 of the Housing Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to make commitments under the Affordable Housing Trust [Non-Aboriginal] up to $7.9 million for the planning and development of a series of housing initiatives within Newfoundland and Labrador as detailed in Annex 1 of the Minister’s submission.
