Under the authority of section 145 of the Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Offshore Petroleum Drilling Newfoundland and Labrador Regulations (Amendment),” a copy of which are attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
