Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 7,500 square feet of office space for the Office of the Chief Information Officer for special projects staff, in the Bally Rou Place Building, St. John’s, NL, for the period July 5, 2006 to July 5, 2007 at a gross rental rate of $18.30 per square foot.
