Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal Affairs and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into the “Canada – Newfoundland and Labrador Agreement on the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues 2006-2015,” substantially along the lines of the copy attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
