Under the authority of section 44 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to accept the fees proposed by CIBC Mellon Trust Company for providing registrar, transfer and paying agency services with respect to the Province’s Canadian–pay debenture issues; with the new fee schedule to be effective from January 1, 2006.  The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Province, the “Registrar Services–Schedule of Fees” agreement between the Province and CIBC Mellon Trust Company, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
