Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, section 10 of the Business Investment Corporation Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to execute a Master Pre-Shipment Financing Guarantee Agreement with Export Development Canada, whereby Export Development Canada will provide a 75 percent guarantee on funds provided by the Business Investment Corporation for the completion of export contracts which have been pre-approved for Accounts Receivable Insurance by Export Development Canada.
