Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve an extension of the lease of 4,971 square feet of space occupied by the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment with the Gander International Airport Authority Inc., in the Main Airport Terminal building, Gander, NL, for the period of January 31, 2007 to August 15, 2007, under the same terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $15.75 a square foot.
