Under the authority of section 10(3) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate Mr. Fred G. Way as full-time Vice-Chair of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board for a term of six years effective January 1, 2005, with salary and other terms and conditions to be fixed upon agreement with the federal government.
