Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding of $14.5 million against its 2007/08 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of the Construction Project #2 (main building structure) contract and to fund other project related expenditures for the Clarenville Long Term Care Facility.
