Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer:

a) to pre-commit funds, against its budgetary appropriations, of up to $481,300 in 2020-21, $492,900 in 2021-22, $504,700 in 2022-23, $516,800 in 2023-24 and $529,200 in 2024-25 to facilitate the award of a five-year contract to OnX Enterprise Solutions for data centre management services; and

b) to pre-commit funds, against its budgetary appropriations, of up to $2,169,400 in 2020-21, $2,230,600 in 2021-22, $2,277,900 in 2022-23, $2,327,100 in 2023-24 and $2,420,500 in 2024-25 to facilitate the award of a five-year contract to Bell Canada for mainframe services.
