Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $8,400,000 per annum in each of fiscal years 2020-21 and 2021-22 to facilitate the award of a Managed Service Provider contract to Flextrack Inc.
