Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Chris Kieley as Deputy Minister of the Department of Natural Resources, effective October 2, 2006, with salary at Step 27 of the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with annual increments as per the step progression for Deputy Ministers until Mr. Kieley achieves Step 33 of the 2328 Point Scale.
