An Act to Establish an Oil and Gas Corporation
Under the authority of section 54 of An Act to Establish an Oil and Gas Corporation for the Province, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor to proclaim An Act to Establish an Oil and Gas Corporation for the Province into force on January 1, 2020.
