Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,668 square feet of office space from C.N.B. Holdings Limited in the 29 Carolina Ave. Bldg, Stephenville, to be occupied by the Department of Health and Community Services for the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program, for a lease term of five (5) years with an option to extend for a period of up to five (5) years, at a gross rental rate of $16.87 per square foot ($45,000 per annum).
