Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds of $480,000, $560,000 and $80,000 for fiscal years 2007-08, 2008-09, and 2009-10 respectively, to facilitate an award of contract for an Integrated Information Technology Service Desk Solution.
