Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funding of $105,600, $113,300 and $28,800 for fiscal years 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10 respectively, to facilitate the entry into agreements to support an independent post-market study of enzyme replacement therapies for Fabry disease.
