Under the authority of section 19 of the Financial Administration Act and sections 9 and 11 of the Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make an Order to amend the EDGE Remission Order authorized by OC 96-364, to add the following EDGE approved companies to the Schedule to the Order with respect to remittance of taxes payable under various taxation statutes:

i)   H&H Enterprises Limited, Wabush with benefits to commence in September, 2003;

ii)   Main Brook Waterworks Inc., Main Brook with benefits to commence in September, 2003; iii)   Beaufort Solutions Inc., St. John’s with benefits to commence August 28, 2003;

iv)   Island Manufacturing and Galvanizing, Bell Island with benefits to commence April 25, 2003;

v)   Indian Bay Processors Inc., Centreville-Wareham with benefits to commence March 18, 2004;

vi)   Wholesome Dairy Ltd., Stephenville with benefits to commence May 11, 2004;

vii)    NuMink Inc., Corner Brook with benefits to commence May 18, 2005;

viii)   Dynamic Air Shelters Ltd., Grand Bank with benefits to commence June 30, 2004; and

ix)   Viking Fur Inc., Cavendish, Trinity Bay with benefits to commence February 28, 2005.
