Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,000 square feet of storage space occupied by The Rooms Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador from 10048 Newfoundland Limited in their building located at 21 Mews Place, St. John’s NL, for a two year term to June 30, 2008, under the existing terms and conditions and at the existing rental rate of $9.45 per square foot.
