Under the authority of section 3(5) of the Legal Aid Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. William A. Collins, QC as a member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission, from a current date until October 20, 2007, which is the balance of the unexpired term remaining on the Marina Whiffen appointment.
