Under the authority of section 15 of “An Act to Amend the Buildings Accessibility Act,” SNL2006 c10, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring the Act into force on March 1, 2007.
