Under the authority of section 28(2) of the Financial Administration Act, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that there is insufficient legislative provision, and that no other countervailing savings are available, and on the report of the Minister of Finance that the necessity is urgent, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to approve, on the recommendation in writing of Treasury Board, the preparation of a Special Warrant for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, in the amount of $250,000 within the vote of the Legislature, for the purpose of addressing additional responsibilities assigned to the Auditor General pertaining to audits of the accounts of the House of Assembly and review of constituency allowances, allocated as follows:
