Under the authority of section 5 of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, and on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Phyllis A. Harris as a Judge of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective June 10, 2014, to serve in the Judicial District of Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
