Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby temporarily seconds Mr. Thomas Mills as Senior Legal Advisor to the Civil Division of the Department of Justice, effective June 23, 2006, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland.
